8 Cuts Burger Blends
After hours of researching for our thesis, we decided to grab something to eat so I suggested that we go to UP Town Center where there are a lot of food choices to choose from. As being the foodie-est of them all, I asked them if they want to try 8 Cuts. This is actually in my edible wish list so I became very excited when they said yes! Their interior has great vibe like a perfect place for a cool hangout, the well-decorated walls and the colored tables and chairs. Their music is great too, it’s just right for their setting. We decide to take the couch and upon settling, we immediately looked into their menu. The graphics of their menu is really cool and cute. It makes you want to really think about what you’re getting because everything seems to be worth a try.
8 Cuts is famous for their blends. Meaning, a patty consists of two or more different meats. They have a good array of classic and tribute burgers to choose from and what I tried is the Four Cheese. My friends got the Piggy, Bleu and a make-your-own burger named Boss Arvin. Their burgers are indeed tasty and juicy but I guess we were expecting a bigger serving. They also serve alcohol and they have a happy hour promo from 5pm-8pm so it’s really a great burger joint for barkadas.
Kalui, Puerto Prinsesa
If ever you’re in Palawan, be sure to visit Kalui! It’s a highly recommended restaurant because of its great food and ambience. It’s a total package! Kudos to the owner for making us feel so much connected to what Palawan has to offer!
The Fault In Our Stars Movie Date!
Excellent screenplay! :)
JAM turned 3 today!
Madeca @ The Podium Mall
It’s a day of firsts! Facials @ hbc and The Podium Mall! At long last, we finally got to go here :)
And because it’s our Hunger Date, I suggested that we go to Madeca. This resto is actually included in my wish list that’s why I’m really looking forward to eating here.
I really liked its interiors. The combination of colors and patterns really go with the theme, Filipino-Mexican. We got there during their happy hour so I got to enjoy my buy 1 + 1 free cocktail <3 teehee! The food was great and it’s not that pricey. As usual, we enjoyed our long talks along with our food and drinks which really made us full that we can’t take a dessert anymore.
See photos! :)
A fancy dress? Cool shoes? Comfort food? A bouquet of Flowers?
These things used to be my solace when I feel down. Not that I buy them, sometimes I content myself with just looking at them from shop windows, thinking of all the beautiful things around me that are worth smiling for.
But right now, I can’t even give a ‘perfect fake smile’.
I’m a lucky girl 😊
